Bug Fixes
- Non-playable regions are now correctly skipped when changing region ownership (fixes edge cases in scenario events)
- Fixed a bug where a `SetLocationControl` event effect could crash when the target structure was not on the map
- Fixed an error when loading NATO icon sets and their tooltips
- Fixed a desync that could occur between the siege phase and its UI
- Fixed a critical bug where regular units could be incorrectly removed from the map during the aerial movement phase
- Fixed several bugs in the aerial bombing phase
- Fixed a camera placement bug in scenarios that don’t use the full map, during unit selection requests
- Fixed overlapping highlight outlines when multiple Areas were highlighted simultaneously during a selection request
- Fixed the “all caps” text style option in themed fonts
- Fixed a loading issue where units lost some properties, including their Hidden state
- Fixed a bug where right-click move sometimes allowed movement in forbidden areas (while regular drag move was working correctly)

- Added tooltips to the icons displayed in the unit context info popup
- Added new Cards fonts for the upcoming Burning Banners game
- Added `lineSpacing` and `allCaps` font options to the theme system; card and event titles now use theme fonts instead of hardcoded capitalization for the upcoming Burning Banners game
- Some units (mostly projectiles) are not able to perform a reckon test anymore
